ARRIVAL

The door will be open and ready to welcome you in at your scheduled appointment time. To maintain privacy for our guests and ensure proper flow of the studio, we kindly ask that you do not arrive early. If the door is locked, we are still treating the previous guest and will be with you shortly. For any questions or assistance upon arrival, please text the studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
